Construction is one of the largest expenses most people will ever take on. The least we can do is be transparent at every stage. Here's exactly how working with us looks, from the first phone call to the one-year follow-up.

Day 1
The first conversation
A 15–30 minute phone or in-person chat. We hear what you're thinking, ask the questions that matter, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

Week 1
Site visit & scoping
For anything beyond a small repair, we come out to your property, walk through the work, and take measurements. No charge, no obligation.

Week 1–2
Detailed quote & timeline
A written, line-item quote with materials, labour, and a realistic timeline. Anything outside this scope gets discussed before we touch it. No surprises at the end.

Project duration
Build phase — every Friday
You hear from us every single Friday with a progress photo and a one-paragraph summary. If we're running into anything, you'll know about it before the weekend.

Completion + 12 mo
Walk-through & one-year check
We walk the finished work with you, address punch list items, and check back in at the one-year mark. Our work is meant to last.
